Job Summary:

Park Creek Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional meal service and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including but not limited to, washing and peeling vegetables, cooking meat and potatoes, and assembling meals

• Serve meals to residents and maintain a clean and organized dining area

• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment

• Receive and stock deliveries, including dietary supplements and resident mail

• Participate in meal tray assembly and delivery

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including but not limited to, menu charts, inventory levels, and resident intake records

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure meal quality and presentation meet standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

• Familiarity with food service operations and dietary restrictions preferred
