Flagstar Nursing is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to work in a long-term care setting, providing support to residents with activities of daily living.
Hourly pay rate: $17-$18

Personal Care Home Requirements:
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting
- Ability to Communicate Effectively
- Reliable Transportation to worksite location
Flagstar PCAs are expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Provide companionship with the residents
- Assist with mobility issues, helping residents get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.
- Help with personal hygiene (i.e. brushing teeth, toileting, bathing)
- Assist with all daily activities, based on the resident’s limitations and needs
