Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in our assisted living community, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to meet the unique needs of each resident
Monitor and report changes in resident behavior, condition, and overall health to the supervisory staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communication
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida
Prior experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
