About the Role

As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. You will:

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification in the state of Michigan

• Strong knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices
