Job Summary:

Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing, located in Lebanon, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietary Cook to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks in accordance with our dietary menu

• Work in the dish room as needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency

• Assist residents with food service, including serving and delivering meals

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens, dining rooms, and food storage areas

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient food service operation

Mandatory Qualifications:

• High school graduate

• Experience in quantity food preparation/production, preferred

Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality

• Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care

• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
