Registered Dietitian- Under New Management-

Competitive Wages ranging from $40.00 to $45.00 an hour varying on experience.  Full time- Day Shift-

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Conduct nutrition screening, assessment, education, and therapy according to physician’s orders and in compliance with Federal and State laws, and Company requirements

· Timely and accurately provide nutritious meals and supplements catered to our residents

· Implement and revise menus to meet the residents’ needs as needed

· Review current systems in place pertaining to preparation and service of resident meals, and make modifications as necessary

· Develop in-service and orientation programs for Food service personnel

· Evaluate department on a regular basis to ensure compliance with State and Federal health department regulations

· Work with other resident services accordingly to fulfill resident plan of care goals

· Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment

· Maintain all records and documentation according to Federal, State and Company requirements

· Other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience:

· Registered Dietitian in the State of California

· Bachelor of Science in Nutrition or Dietetics preferred

· Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience:

• Skilled Nursing Facility: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
