Job Summary:

As a vital member of our transportation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests as they travel to and from their destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from scheduled appointments, outings, and social events

• Ensure seating capacity and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns with a high level of professionalism and empathy

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure seamless transitions and support

• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and guest feedback

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist guests with mobility needs

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our software systems
