Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse

• Monitor and document the effectiveness of medications and report any adverse reactions

• Assist with vital sign checks, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

• Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident-centered care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes

Requirements:

• Certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
