As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of supplies, equipment, and schedules within our facility. Responsibilities:

• Scheduling:

  • Coordinate patient schedules and appointments with staff members, ensuring seamless communication and efficient use of resources

  • Manage schedules for therapy, medical, and other services, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care

• Central Supply:

  • Oversee the inventory, ordering, and distribution of supplies, equipment, and medications within the facility

  • Maintain accurate records of supply inventory, ordering, and discrepancies

• General Administration:

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls

  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Education: Must have active STNA licenses

• Experience: 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our team

• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Work Environment:

• Location: Marion, OH

• Work Schedule: FULL_TIME, with rotating shifts and occasional weekend or evening work
