SYNERGY HomeCare of Knoxville is hiring a Part-Time Transport Care Aide to assist our clients with safe transportation and compassionate, non-medical care. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking meaningful weekday work while making a positive impact in their community.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time

• Pay: $16/hour

• Company Vehicle: Provided during shift

• Schedule: Weekdays only, typically Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  (shifts fall within these hours)

• Service Area: Knox and surrounding Counties

• Opportunity for Full-Time Employment

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to appointments and errands

• Provide companionship and support during transport

• Assist with light caregiving needs as appropriate

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff

• Maintain a reliable and compassionate approach to care

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License

• Valid government-issued ID

• Automotive liability insurance

• Clean background check

• Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
