We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment

• Provide emotional support and compassion to residents and their families

Responsibilities:

• Assess resident needs and develop appropriate care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
