Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Develop and implement effective nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient outcomes

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other department heads to develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and resident engagement

• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that our residents are receiving the highest level of care and address any concerns or issues promptly

• Mentor and educate nursing staff to improve skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and safety programs to ensure excellence in patient care

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a positive and supportive environment

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the curve
