Activities Assistant | Flexible Hours | Part-time | $22-26/HR

Join our caring team at Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 100-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of beautiful downtown Leesburg, VA. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Activities Assistant who is passionate about bringing joy, connection, and creativity to our residents’ daily lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, organize, and lead fun, engaging recreational and social activities for residents

• Create programs tailored to residents’ interests and abilities

• Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages participation and friendship

• Support residents in maintaining an active, purposeful lifestyle

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine desire to work with older adults, including the aged, disabled, and infirmed

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect warmly and respectfully with residents and families

• Dependability, creativity, and a positive attitude

• Experience in activities programming or senior care is a plus
