Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to patients in our post-acute rehabilitation setting

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and established standards of care

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, dignity, and respect for all individuals

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Louisiana

• 0 years of experience in a post-acute rehabilitation setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

• Weekend shift (Saturdays and Sundays) with occasional weeknight shifts as needed
