About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work alongside our experienced physical therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions

• Conducting physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as directed by the physical therapist

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

• Collaborating with the physical therapy team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Responsibilities:

• Provide PT treatment and interventions as directed by the physical therapist

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

• Participate in patient care conferences and staff meetings

• Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
