Job Summary:

Kadima at Campbelltown, is seeking a talented (CDM) to join our team! As a CDM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents by overseeing daily operations, providing leadership, and promoting a positive work environment. Self-starter and effective leadership is key to building a well-functioning kitchen. It helps create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and communication, particularly in situations where staff may have different working styles or approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care services

• Manage and coordinate care plans, treatment programs, and resident care activities

• Provide leadership and guidance to care staff, including orientation and training

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as quality care metrics and resident satisfaction

• Participate in resident care assessments, care planning, and goal setting

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting culture change and teamwork

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a CDM or similar role
