What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant DON to support daily clinical operations

• Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care

• Address team concerns proactively and escalate when appropriate

• Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling to maintain optimal coverage

• Conduct staff evaluations, coaching, and performance management

• Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and facility committees

• Ensure accurate MDS documentation and assist with discharge planning

• Provide compassionate, individualized care to residents and their families

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking abilities

• A passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
