About the Role:

As a Registered Dietitian at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for our patients, taking into account their unique needs and health goals
• Conducting dietary assessments and analyzing patient data to inform treatment plans
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for our patients
• Providing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition and healthy eating practices
• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in nutrition and dietetics, and applying this knowledge to our patients' care
