About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Vantage at New Bedford, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital signs

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the healthcare team

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
