Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Toms River, located in Ship Bottom, New Jersey. As a Home Health Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to provide life-energizing care to clients in their own homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Provide personal care to clients as needed

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:

• HHA License

• CPR/AID Certificate

• TB Screen

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 0-1 year of experience in the healthcare industry
