ABA Behavior Technician (BT) – After School Hours | Hempstead / Uniondale

Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency dedicated to supporting children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Since 2015, our team of BCBAs and LCSWs has helped children build confidence and develop meaningful life skills.

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable ABA Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 in-home therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This is a part-time position with after-school hours and multiple cases available in nearby areas.

Hempstead (Spanish Speaking Required)
Monday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Thursday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Valley Stream
Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Valley Stream
Monday & Thursday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Track session data and client progress
• Support development of communication, behavioral, and social skills
• Maintain communication with supervisors and caregivers

Requirements

• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability during afternoon hours
