Bonus Program:

• 50 hours - $50*

• 100 hours - $50*

• 400 hours - $200*

• 800 hours - $200*

• *Satisfactory performance required

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Performs companion and personal care activities that assist clients with activities of daily living, including:

  • Companion care, transportation, and light housekeeping

  • Physical assistance with ambulation/Transfers and dressing

  • Hygiene and personal care services

  • Wellness activities such as medication reminders, meal planning, and preparation

• Passion for helping others

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred

• Experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide (in homes or facilities) preferred

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job

• Possess a valid driver's license and use of an insured, reliable automobile

• Genuine desire to help others

• Exceptional work ethic
