Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight and management to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and-center policies

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, as well as coordinate and manage nursing care plans with interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes

• Collaborate with medical and non-medical staff to provide comprehensive care to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs

• Monitor and improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and staff performance, using data-driven insights to inform decisions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop and implement action plans to improve care outcomes

• Serve as a liaison between the nursing department and other departments, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration
