About the Role:

Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for our residents

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations, assessments, and interventions as delegated by the physical therapist

• Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and modalities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for our residents

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments and progress

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant certification (PTA-C) or eligibility to sit for the certification exam in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in physical therapy or related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting (n/a)
