Corporate Director of HR and Culture

Job Summary

At Garden Springs Healthcare, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and a compassionate environment for our residents. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a strong and steady Corporate Director of HR & Culture to lead our people systems and leadership development. This is a full-time, multi-site position that will play a critical role in shaping our culture and driving our growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR policy, compliance, and employee relations across multiple facilities, ensuring consistent and effective implementation

• Develop and implement standardized onboarding, documentation, and performance practices to improve employee engagement and retention

• Foster a positive and inclusive culture by strengthening communication, engagement, and leadership development throughout the organization

• Improve hiring, onboarding, and leadership development pathways to ensure a strong and talented workforce

• Provide HR support for acquisitions, organizational planning, and HR metrics reporting

• Serve as a steady and structured resource for building leadership teams and driving organizational growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience (Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred)

• Strong expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, and policy development

• Clear and confident communicator with strong decision-making skills

• Dependable and structured leadership approach with excellent follow-through

• Ability to travel throughout Ohio

• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
