About the Role:

As a Laundry Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. You will be responsible for washing, drying, and folding patients' linens, as well as assisting with other laundry-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, and fold patients' linens and uniforms

• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area

• Assist with other laundry-related tasks as needed

• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective laundry operations

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and laundry bags as needed

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
