• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with feeding and hydration of patients
• Perform vital signs and assist with wound care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
