We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide in-home and community support for a young adult male in East Stroudsburg. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday:

Morning Shift: 6:45 AM – 8:45 AM

Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Position Requirements:

• Experience with behavioral health or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with morning routine and evening support

• Supporting community safety and supervision

• Assisting with personal care, including showering and safety with water temperature

• Providing meal supervision and reminders for safe eating

• Encouraging communication skills and independence

• Supporting emotional and behavioral health needs

The individual is working toward increasing independence and communication skills. Patience, attentiveness, and a calm, supportive approach are essential.
