Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting for our clients

• Assist with meal preparation and management, as needed

• Help with light housekeeping and laundry tasks

• Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions to our clinical team

• Maintain a safe and clean living environment for our clients

• Build strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
