We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center, a brand new facility committed to providing world-class rehabilitation care in Gainesville, Virginia. As a Registered Nurse at our center, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their strength and independence after an illness or surgery.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of medical conditions

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Administering medications, treating wounds, and managing patient symptoms

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed

• Collaborating with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to ensure comprehensive care

• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
