Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, and medication administration

• Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Identify and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff and participate in ongoing assessments and care planning

• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

• Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting teamwork, empathy, and open communication

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience working in a healthcare setting

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, and weekends as needed

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
