About the Role:

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Portsmouth Health and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Helping with mobility and transferring residents

• Providing emotional support and companionship

• Assisting with mealtime and nutrition

• Participating in resident care conferences and contributing to care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to residents, as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Current STNA/CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
