Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas

• Restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and lounges

• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Work closely with housekeeping colleagues to ensure efficient room turnover and minimize delays

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time

• Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and best practices

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
