• Develop and maintain block schedules and coordinate staffing needs for the facility

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective staffing and coverage

• Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and meet regulatory requirements

• Conduct daily staffing reviews and make adjustments as necessary

• Maintain accurate records and reports of staffing and scheduling data

• Develop and implement strategies to improve staffing efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• STNA licensure

• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
