About the Role:

As a Personal Care Assistant at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide hands-on care, including incontinence care, mobility assistance, and transferring residents

• Serve meals and snacks, and assist with feeding as needed

• Escort residents to activities, appointments, and outings

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with mobility and transferring residents as needed

• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, incontinence care, and mealtime assistance

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery

• Document care and observations accurately and timely
