Position Overview

The Full time HR Support and Staffing Specialist role is responsible for assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, caregiver compliance tracking, file management, and general administrative HR tasks. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our caregivers remain credentialed, compliant, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with caregiver recruitment process (posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews)

• Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed

• Maintain and update employee records.

• Track caregiver certifications, licenses, physicals, and background checks for compliance

• Send reminders for expiring documents and follow up with staff

• Assist with orientation coordination and training documentation

• Support payroll preparation with timesheet verification

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information

• Provide general administrative support to the HR and office team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, administrative support, or office coordination preferred

• Note that Administrative Experience is MANDATORY

• Must have experience in Healthcare or Home Care industry.

• Must have experience in Staffing or Recruitment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace

• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Shift is 32 hours in a week
