As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our 269-bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work to ensure the facility remains safe and clean

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on equipment, machines, and fixtures throughout the facility

• Perform minor construction and renovation projects as needed

• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and other outdoor maintenance tasks

• Respond promptly to repair requests from residents and staff

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
