We are looking for licensed nurses, preferably RNs but not required, with rehabilitation and subacute experience for our busy, high-paced rehab floor.

Experience and/or certifications with IVs, trachs, complex wounds, and drains are necessary to be successful on this floor. Previous hospital experience is a plus.

Shifts Available

• Full-Time: 2:45 PM–10:45 PM

• Part-Time: 6:45 AM–2:45 PM

• PRN Available

Base Pay

• $36.95–$40.95 per hour

Earn More with Shift Differentials

• Evening & Night Shifts: $41.95–$45.95 per hour

• Weekend Day Shifts: $39.95–$43.95 per hour

• Weekend Evening & Night Shifts: $44.95–$48.95 per hour

Pay-in-Lieu Option

• $41.95–$45.95 per hour

Shift differentials are not available for employees who elect the Pay-in-Lieu option.

RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate updates to physicians and families

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care

• Provide clinical care to residents with complex medical needs

• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support successful rehabilitation and recovery

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

• Rehabilitation and subacute nursing experience preferred

• Experience and/or certifications with IVs, trachs, complex wounds, and drains are necessary

• Previous hospital experience is a plus

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
