As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. Our inpatient rehabilitation team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to individuals with a wide range of medical conditions and disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients

• Conduct patient evaluations and participate in goal-setting and treatment planning sessions

• Perform a variety of physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and patient outcomes

• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
