Concourse Rehab & Nursing is seeking Licensed Psychologists to provide in-person psychotherapy services to residents in our highly respected skilled nursing facility serving 240 residents.

We handle billing, insurance, credentialing, and authorizations — so you can focus on patient care.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy

• Treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline

• Develop treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain compliant clinical documentation

• Collaborate with Nursing Home Leadership

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology

• Active New York State Psychologist license

• Ability to provide in-person care

Preferred Experience:
Spanish-speaking, geriatric, subacute, long-term care, or behavioral health experience.
