About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Evening Shift, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated nurses and caregivers to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and experience. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Conduct rounds on patients, assess their needs, and identify opportunities for improvement

• Provide training and guidance to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive outcomes and patient satisfaction

• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
