SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Home Care Aides to support clients in Westlake Village and nearby communities.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have professional caregiving experience

• Are dependable and take ownership of your schedule

• Are comfortable providing hands-on personal care

• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and our office

• Bring patience, compassion, and professionalism to your work

What You'll Do:

• Provide companionship and social engagement

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Support walking, mobility, and transfers

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with transportation and errands when needed

• Report changes in a client's condition to the office

Requirements:

• Able to reliably commute to Westlake Village

• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or ability to obtain

• Live Scan/background clearance

• Current TB clearance, or ability to obtain

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance when required

• Ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility

• CNA, HHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus, but not required.
