Evening Shift RN Supervisor

Now hiring 2 RN Supervisors for our 3PM–11PM shift.

Pay: $60–$63 per hour

Full-Time: 5 days per week, 3PM–11PM, with rotating weekends
Part-Time: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 3PM–11PM

We’re looking for an experienced RN who can take the lead on the evening shift and keep nursing operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift

• Monitor resident care, documentation, and follow-through

• Provide clinical guidance to nurses and CNAs

• Address resident and family concerns

• Review care plans and resident needs

• Respond to changes in condition and clinical issues

• Make sure the unit is properly staffed, organized, and supplied

• Work with nursing leadership to resolve problems and maintain quality care

What We’re Looking For

• Current NY RN license

• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred

• Previous nursing leadership or Unit Manager experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Comfortable leading a team and making decisions independently

• Basic computer/documentation skills
