Arcadia New England Home Care is seeking compassionate and responsible Personal Care Aides (PSS or CNA) to provide exceptional care to elderly patients in their homes. About the Role:

As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide a range of personal care services to our clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide personalized care with a focus on dignity and respect.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to elderly patients in their homes

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Help with medication management and other healthcare tasks

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare team members

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality care and customer satisfaction

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate: $18.31 - $19.00

• Weekly pay

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more

• Ability to pass a background and driving record check

• Current auto insurance and access to a car for transportation
