About the Role:

As a Skilled Nurse at Balanced Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to our residents in a skilled nursing setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting changes

• Coordinating care with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

• Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care

Requirements:

• Active Florida LPN or RN license (required)

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Must pass background screening through FL Clearinghouse | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
