Job Summary:

We are actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate and dedicated care team at our skilled nursing facility in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a CNA at Balanced Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, resident-centered care while working alongside a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

• Take and record vital signs

• Assist nurses and healthcare staff as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

• Follow care plans and facility policies

Requirements:

• Active Florida CNA license (required)

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused

• Must pass a background check through the FL Clearinghouse, Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
