SYNERGY HomeCare MSP Metro is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to help us meet our goal of providing wholehearted, life-energizing care to our clients on their own terms and in their own homes. That mission starts with finding caring and dedicated people like YOU!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship

• Follow care plans and complete accurate, detailed documentation of care

• Assist clients with light cleaning/housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation

• Help clients with basic personal care, such as bathing, grooming and dressing

What You’ll Need to Qualify:

• Valid Driver's License, auto insurance and reliable transportation

• Compassion and Dependability 

• Weekend Availability

• Strong Communication Skills

• Ability to pass a Background Check

• Previous home care experience (Preferred but not Required)
