Current Available Shifts:

• Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Rotating weekends

• Weekend 16 hour doubles

• Day Shift is currently unavailable.

Position Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and essential nursing care.

• Deliver hands-on care with dignity, compassion, and respect.

• Work alongside nurses and the interdisciplinary care team in a long-term care and short-term rehab setting.

• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, resident-centered environment.

What You'll Need:

• Required: Active, unencumbered Missouri CNA license (L1MA not accepted).

• SNF or long-term care experience a plus, not required.

• Ability to safely lift, transfer, reposition, and assist residents with mobility.

• A genuine passion for caring for older adults.
