Group Facilitator - 1st shift Full time

Shift: 1st shift 8:00am-5:00pm No weekends

Job Description

• Conduct skills and psychoeducational groups assigned to meet each client's
  challenges and needs

• Assist clients in developing healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools

• Collaborate consistently with clinical staff to keep track of client challenges

• Escalate any significant client concerns to Clinical Director

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADC) II and/or III, or bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or Human Services required

• Min. one year experience in treatment industry preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills

• Strong presence and sound judgement

• Warm, dignified and honest character that inspires trust and models recovery principles
