Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as ambulating, transferring, and using the bathroom

• Monitor and report patient conditions to licensed nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and services provided

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective interactions with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
